1Who you are buying from

Printed Power Banks is a trading style of Corporate Media Supplies Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 02739656; registered office Unit 4 Rossway Business Park, Wharf Approach, Walsall, WS9 8BX). All orders placed through this site form a contract with Corporate Media Supplies Limited.

2Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order through the site is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send a written order confirmation (email).
• We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the artwork breaches third-party rights, or we cannot deliver to your location.
• The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 units per product unless stated otherwise.

3Pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
• We use tiered pricing: the unit price decreases as quantity increases. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout for the quantity ordered.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order; if a corrected price is materially higher, you may cancel without charge.

4Artwork and proofs

• You are responsible for the artwork files you supply, including ensuring you own or are licensed to use any logos, images or branding.
• We will provide a free digital proof for approval before production. Production starts only once you confirm the proof.
• Once you approve a proof, we are not liable for typographical errors, colour variations or layout choices that are present on the proof you approved.
• Branded products by their nature involve some colour variance from screen to print. Pantone-matched printing is available on request and may carry an additional charge.

5Production lead times and delivery

• Standard production lead time is published per product. Express turnaround is available for many products on request.
• Lead times begin from the moment you approve your proof, not from the moment you place your order.
• UK delivery is free on all orders. Worldwide delivery is available; charges are calculated at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.

6Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider; we do not store your card details. Trade accounts (with credit terms) may be available on request, subject to credit checks.

7Returns, defects and your statutory rights

• Because our products are printed to order with your artwork, they are bespoke / customised goods. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to bespoke goods. (This does not affect any rights you have if the goods are faulty or do not match what was agreed.)
• If your order arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from the proof you approved, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
• Where we accept a return, the goods must be unused and (where practical) in their original packaging.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9Intellectual property

• You retain all rights in artwork you supply. By submitting artwork you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce it on your products and to use small images of finished products in our portfolio (you can opt out of portfolio use by emailing us before production).
• You confirm that any artwork you submit does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and you will indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supply.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
